Research-token purchases are generally non-refundable once the token has been issued.
The token is your access credential. Save it as soon as it is issued and keep it secure. Exceptional payment or technical failures can be reviewed by What dx.
1. General rule
WhatDx access is purchased through a unique research token. Once payment has been successfully completed and the research token has been issued, the purchase is generally non-refundable.
The token is a digital access credential that enables the associated research case. You should save it immediately and keep it in a secure place.
2. Exceptional cases
What dx may, after reviewing the circumstances, provide a refund, payment correction, replacement access or another appropriate remedy in exceptional situations such as:
• a verified duplicate charge;
• payment being successfully collected but no usable research token being issued;
• a verified material technical failure that prevented the purchased access from being used; or
• a refund or remedy being required by applicable law.
Except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to a particular remedy, eligibility for an exceptional refund or replacement is determined by What dx after review of the relevant payment and technical records. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
3. Lost, deleted or shared tokens
You are responsible for storing your research token securely. If it is lost, deleted, disclosed to another person or otherwise becomes unavailable to you after successful issuance, What dx may not be able to recover or replace it.
Loss of a token, failure to save it, or unauthorized access resulting from sharing the token does not ordinarily create a right to a refund or replacement.
4. Research period and expired cases
A token currently provides a 90-day active research window. After that period, the case may be locked and no longer modifiable. Locked or expired data may later be deleted without prior notice, so users are advised to download and safely retain any case output they want to keep.
The end of the research period, locking of an expired case, or later deletion in accordance with the service's retention practices does not ordinarily create a right to a refund.
5. Medical outcomes are not guaranteed
A purchase pays for access to the WhatDx research service. It does not guarantee that a diagnosis will be identified, that a clinician will agree with any hypothesis, that a particular treatment will be recommended, or that a particular health outcome will occur. Dissatisfaction with the medical or research outcome alone does not create a right to a refund.
6. How to request review of a payment problem
Email contact@whatdx.com with the approximate payment date, amount, and Razorpay payment or order reference if available. An alternative contact is undefined.santaaaaa@gmail.com.
Do not send full payment-card details or unnecessary medical records. If we need additional information to investigate the payment, we will request it.
7. Applicable rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. This policy should be read together with the Terms of Use, Pricing page and Privacy Policy.
