Contact WhatDx.
For service questions, payments, research-token access or privacy requests, email us. Please do not send urgent medical requests or unnecessary health information by ordinary email.
1. General contact
For general questions, technical support, payment enquiries, research-token problems, privacy requests or other service-related matters, email:
You may also use the alternative founder contact:
WhatDx is operated by What dx, India.
2. Payment or token-issuance problems
If you contact us about a payment, please include the approximate date and time, amount paid, and Razorpay payment or order reference if available. This helps us locate the transaction.
Do not send your full card number, CVV/security code or other complete payment credentials. We do not need them to investigate a payment problem.
3. Privacy, access or deletion requests
Privacy-related requests may be sent to contact@whatdx.com. Because the service is token-based and may not know your real-world identity, we may need reasonable evidence that you control or are authorized to act for the relevant case.
Do not place the full research token, unnecessary medical records or other sensitive health information in an ordinary email unless we specifically ask you to use an appropriate process.
See the Privacy Policy for more information.
4. Protect your research token
Your token is the credential for the associated WhatDx case. Save it securely. If it is lost, deleted or disclosed, practical access to the case may be lost and another person who obtains it may be able to access the case.
What dx does not guarantee that a lost token can be recovered or replaced.
5. Do not use email for urgent medical care
WhatDx and its contact channels are not emergency medical services. Email is not monitored as an emergency channel and no response time is guaranteed.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency or urgent deterioration, seek immediate assistance from local emergency services or an appropriate qualified healthcare professional.
