1. Current introductory price

The current WhatDx access price is ₹799 for one research token. The current list price is ₹1,999.

WhatDx may change the introductory price, list price, promotions or discount availability in the future. The amount displayed on the purchase page and confirmed in checkout is the amount that applies to that transaction. Any tax or charge that is required to be shown separately will be displayed as part of the payment flow where applicable.

2. What one token provides

One purchased token opens one WhatDx research case and currently provides a 90-day active research window. During that window, the case can maintain its history, uploaded records, research state, follow-up questions and later evidence added to the same investigation.

Depending on the case and the features available at the time, the service may include structured history-taking, medical-record review, timeline reconstruction, analysis of contradictions or treatment response, AI-assisted medical research, follow-up questioning, and a case dossier or summary intended to support discussion with qualified healthcare professionals.

3. What happens after 90 days

After the active research window ends, the case may be locked and can no longer be modified through the normal research workflow. Existing outputs may remain available for some period, but expired or locked data may be deleted without prior notice.

You should download and securely store any case dossier or information you want to retain. WhatDx is not intended to be a permanent medical-record archive.

4. No recurring subscription

A standard WhatDx token is a one-time purchase for the stated case-access period. It does not automatically enroll you in a recurring subscription unless a future checkout explicitly says otherwise before payment.

5. Discounts and promotional codes

WhatDx may offer introductory pricing or discount codes. Codes may have eligibility conditions, usage limits, expiry dates or other restrictions and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted. The final price is shown before payment is authorized.

6. What payment does not promise

Payment provides access to the research service. It does not guarantee a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, specialist referral, medical improvement, acceptance of an output by a clinician, or any other particular health outcome.

WhatDx is not an emergency service and does not replace examination, diagnosis, prescribing, procedures, monitoring or treatment by qualified healthcare professionals.

7. Billing and refunds

Payments are currently processed through Razorpay. For a payment or token-issuance problem, email contact@whatdx.com. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy, and purchases are also subject to the Terms of Use.
